About Conejo Valley Bath Remodeling
A no-cost, local referral service. Not a remodeling contractor.
Who we are
Conejo Valley Bath Remodeling is a no-cost referral service for homeowners, renters, and property owners in and around the Conejo Valley, California. We are not a contractor, and we do not perform bathroom remodeling or construction work ourselves. When you send us a request, we connect you with an independent local remodeling contractor that serves your area, and that provider contacts you directly. Always verify a contractor's license at cslb.ca.gov before hiring.
Why this site exists
Bathroom remodeling searches are crowded with national lead brokers and ads promising one-day transformations. We publish plain, local information about how bathroom projects actually go in Conejo Valley homes, including which city or county handles permits, and give homeowners one simple way to reach an independent local contractor.
How the referral works
- Tell us about your bathroom. Use the short form to share your city, the bathroom, and what you want to change.
- We connect you. We pass your request to one independent local remodeling contractor who covers your area.
- Get a visit and a written estimate. The contractor contacts you, looks at the room, and gives you a written estimate.
- You decide. Compare, ask questions, and hire only if it's right for you. No obligation.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Using this site costs you nothing. Providers, not homeowners, support the service.
- We share your request with one independent local provider, not a long list of companies.
- We do not do the work, set prices, or guarantee any provider's work. The provider you hire is responsible for its license, permits, insurance, estimate, and workmanship.
- We don't publish made-up customer stories, invented statistics, or made-up credentials.
- We don't publish prices or promise timelines, because both depend on your room and the contractor's written estimate.
Protect yourself when hiring
Ask for the contractor's California license number and check it on the CSLB website, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation if they have employees, and get a written contract that lists the scope, materials or allowances, payment schedule, and permits. In California, a home improvement down payment generally cannot exceed 10% of the contract price or $1,000, whichever is less, and many home improvement contracts include a three-business-day right to cancel. Get change orders in writing, and be cautious of high-pressure in-home sales.
